What We Look for In Our Partners

We seek early childhood and enrichment programs that demonstrate strong foundation and growth potential. Ideal partners have:

  • Established programs with meaningful market traction in their regions
  • At least 300 enrolled students across their locations
  • Modern operating system in place (e.g., Procare + Intellikids, or another leading childcare platform) to support enrollment and billing
  • Ability and willingness to scale operations significantly within 3-5 years through a combination of organic growth strategies and strategic acquisitions
  • Owner-operators and leadership teams who run great schools, build strong cultures, and are committed to long-term growth
